"If Terri Brock took the time to reach out to her clients after accidents and tragedy as quickly as she responds to bad reviews then maybe there wouldn't be a bad review. Clearly shows how much more she cares about her reputation than she does the people. Makes me wonder if Terri has any rapport with her clientele who keeps her business running. My previous Agent and his staff were the define definition of superior costumer service, feeling like my insurance company was genuinely there for me every step of the way.
